FinalForms Student-Athlete Registration
Wicomico High families — WCPS is transitioning to FinalForms for all athletic registration starting with the 2026–2027 school year.
We encourage families of current 9th–11th grade students to complete registration early. This helps ensure students are ready for next season and allows our athletic department time to learn and support the new system.

Wicomico High School School Based Wellness Center
Parents the sooner you turn in the required paperwork, the better, so we can get your student registered with the clinic and schedule their appt.
We need:
a signed SBHC consent to include a health history (if not previously enrolled) , insurance information, and the student's state preparticipation form filled out/signed for the exam to be conducted.
